Specialties

These are some of the areas I invest a lot in with my clients. If there’s something you’re wanting to work on that you don’t see here, please reach out to see how I might be able to help! You can also go to my Services & Fees page to check out a list of things that I regularly work on with clients.

While there’s a lot that’s unique about each area that’s shown below, something I love is how much overlap there is among all of these seemingly separate things. Feelings like shame, guilt, disconnection, grief, confusion, invalidation, doubt…these can play a big role in all of them. There’s often through lines that weave within our stories…I’m here to support you in navigating one thread or many, whatever resonates with you.

  • Religious Deconstruction

Religious Deconstruction, Spiritual Harm, Exvangelical Identity

I remember how alone I felt when I was in the process of deconstructing from evangelical christianity. It can feel so isolating, especially if the christian community had been a main source of community and connection. Wherever you’re at on your journey—just having more questions, reshaping your old belief systems to feel more aligned, leaving the old but struggling to find the new, or fully deconstructed, this is a place of support, compassion, and growth.

  • Pet Loss and the Animal Bond

Pet Loss, Grief, and the Animal Bond

The relationship you have with your animal (or animals!) is an incredibly special and unique bond. And, it can often feel misunderstood by the people in your life (or society in general), and especially when our animals are going through health issues or when they pass, it can feel especially lonely for the humans involved. And this has never been more true, as more and more people are recognizing that the relationship they have with their animals is just like that of parent and child.

  • Self-Doubt to Self-Confidence

    Self-Esteem, Self-Doubt, Self-Care

When the negative voice in your head is just so believable, it can be tough to imagine you might ever think differently about yourself. Low self-confidence can seep into every part of our lives and can keep us from living our most full, authentic, vibrant selves.

  • Loving relationships with self and others

    Relationships, Boundaries, Communication

Do you have a tough time saying no? Find it difficult to express yourself to others? Feel trapped in relationship cycles that you just can’t get out of? It might be hard to believe because our world is full of constant communication, but we are truly not set up to learn communication skills that really support us and our relationships. And navigating that as an adult, with everything else you’re dealing with, is way more complicated than maybe it feels like it’s supposed to be.
